JoJoh Bags are made of recycled high quality leather from Danish classical design furniture.
When sofas and chairs are being reupholstered, leather covers are usually discarded although much of the leather is still in good condition. By using the good parts of this aged and beautiful fine leather, I give new life to the material in a fashionable way by creating new upcycled bags of long lasting quality and design.

JoJoh Bags are designed and crafted by me, Pernille Jøker Johnsen, in my studio in Copenhagen. 

I am a textile designer, graduated from The Danish School of Design (KADK). In my work, I am passionate about beautiful and simple design, good craftsmanship and high quality, in combination with idealistic thoughts about sustainability. My artistic expression is simple, graphic and tactile, and I love to design 3-dimentional surfaces that creates shapes in use.

I work in my studio at Vesterbro in Copenhagen, and I take pride in carefully performing all processes of designing and producing my products, constantly developing the design and refining the craftmanship to perfection.
