Terms and conditions of sale and delivery
The following terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all consignments sent from the webshop www.jojoh.dk. These terms and conditions apply to cases where no other written agreement has been entered into between the buyer, and JoJoh.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing a product from www.jojoh.dk.

Payment and prices
All prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK).
We accept the following cards for payment: VISA/ Dankort, MasterCard, JCB
Your creditcard will not be charged until your order is shipped.
Jojoh.dk make use of an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protokol. It means that we cannot read your credit card information, and it is impossible for third parties to intercept any information.

Shipping:
Free shipping within Denmark.
For shipping within the EU your shipping charge will show while ordering. The shipping charge may variate according to weight and country code.
We are sending out via PostNord in Denmark, and via DHL/GLS outside Denmark.
You can request a tracking number if necessary on pernille@jojoh.dk.
No shipping outside the EU.

Delivery time:
Guidelines for delivery is 7 – 10 working days for Denmark. Abroad approximately14- 21 days working days. Delivery time depends on local delivery and services and JoJoh.dk does not take responsibility for delays in local custom controls.

Right of cancellation
You may change your mind. For products purchased from the webshop JoJoh.dk, there is a 14 day right of cancellation, counted from the day you receive your product.
You have to notify us before the 14 days if you want to return your product by writing to pernille@jojoh.dk.

You are under an obligation to return the product completely unused and in the same condition as received, and in the same original packaging. You yourself must arrange and defray any costs involved in returning a product. The product you want to return is your responsibility until it reaches our address.
When we have received the returned product, we will notify you whether there is any loss of value of the product and whether your refund will be reduced, compared to the price paid.

Right of Complaints
When shopping at JoJoh.dk you can file a complaint concerning faults that show up within 24 month after the product is delivered to you. Obviously, a complaint must be justified. Right of complaint do not apply to damage caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance or any harmful behavior.
If you discover a fault, you must first contact jojoh.dk without delay. In case of complains please write to pernille@jojoh.dk and include as many details as possible as well as some photos of the fault.
You can either have the product repaired, have a new product, a discount or return the product for a refund. This will be decided from case to case. If your complaint is valid, we will of course cover your shipping expenses for returning the product to us.
Packages are not received on demand.
